Training fitted to your needs

The Julius Baer Graduate Programme lasts 18 months, and besides practical work, it includes focused training sessions specific to Julius Baer in which we make you more aware of our company philosophy and the technical expertise behind our banking business.

At the very beginning you decide on a specific line of work, and in most cases you remain active in this function throughout the program. This allows you to gain specific insights but with a sound theoretical background and practical knowledge. Depending on the function, there may be the opportunity to spend some time in temporary assignments with other departments of our Bank or in our foreign offices.
